For faster help

Include your device model, iOS version, the part of DoFocus you were using, and what happened. For purchase issues, include the transaction date and product name. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private calendar contents.

Privacy and data requests

Email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. You can also remove local DoFocus data by deleting the app from your device. We will explain whether any data is held by the AI service and how to request its deletion.
